Convenient location near public transportation and well-kept rooms with comfortable beds. Included breakfast was a good start to the day.
Thin walls made it difficult to sleep soundly with noisy neighbors. Limited amenities such as no kettle or coffee facilities in the room.

Cheap - 250 gbp for 2 nights x 5 people
Wasn't very clean - reminded me of a student bedsit. Smelt of cigarettes. Beds cheap and uncomfortable. Only 3 tea cups. Confirmed booking for 3 single + 1 double, ended up with 2 double 1 single.

It was nestled close to a subway station. An ideal base for exploring London.

We enjoyed being close to one of our favorite spots, Michaels Fruiterers, and the quick room service was great, we really liked it here.

Hotel was dirty and smelled awful! General toilet also smelled horrific! Room was surprising a relief and relatively clean but all furniture was old and tatty. Floor had bits missing and the bath was rusty! Considering we paid £130 for one night was very disappointed!

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in this bustling area of the city. The attention to detail is apparent, with modern and clean rooms that provide basic amenities such as a hairdryer and TV. The location near Finsbury Park and the London underground makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide good service, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Our experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Location is good for easy access to city centre helpful staff reduced rates were good value Good sized room electronic keys worked well
Breakfast was poor - V. basic hotel is an annexe of a larger hotel across the road where booking, breakfast is done. No bar or refreshment facilities - although coffee bar in another 'group' hotel nearby Looked like builders had just finished fitting out rooms Lighting in rooms poor with no side lamps and one of three overhead bulbs u/s. initial room had a double mattress within a Kingsize base, plus innumerable plaster cracks basin in bathroom very small, and impossible to fill kettle from taps - had to use cup to decant water

Easy to find, off road parking (free), helpfulness of staff with my queries. This hotel is designed for people with limited budget and as such ticks all the boxes.
No control over the heating. Wonky mixer tap that needs to be secured properly.

clean and warm
Could have done with a little money spent on mattress so it fits bed and cracks in wall being filled.Would have liked to be told if we were not staying in main building.
